All orders must be confirmed in writing and paid in full or according to the agreed terms before production begins. Custom orders may require a deposit.

Production and delivery timelines will be communicated during order placement. Kedai cetak is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete artwork, last-minute changes, or courier issues.

All content provided by the client (logos, images, designs) must be owned or licensed by the client. Kedai cetak is not liable for any copyright infringement caused by materials provided by the customer.

While we take care in every project, kedai cetak is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.
