REFUND POLICY

At kedai cetak, we aim to deliver high-quality print and installation services. Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are limited to specific situations.

  1. Non-refundable services

    All custom-printed items are non-refundable once production has started or the product has been delivered, unless there is a proven defect or error caused by our team.



  2. Eligibility for refund or reprint

    You may be eligible for a refund or reprint if:

    • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
    • The final print is significantly different from the approved artwork
    • An installation was not completed as agreed

    Claims must be submitted within 3 working days of receiving the item or service, with photo evidence and a detailed description.



  3. Refund process

    If approved, we will offer:

    • A full or partial refund, or
    • A reprint or reinstallation at no additional cost

    Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
